1) zen is a full blooded faery from the spring court ( not Incredibly important just kinda fun info ).

2) he’s a changeling, so until he was brought to asp luxury heights, he had no idea he was a faery as his family hid it from him. all they told him was to never use his real name, changing his name to zen in every way possible.

3) he has no control over his magic, so throughout his life he’s always seemed very attractive and charming to people. he’s used this countless times to get what he wants, but when it comes to relationships the lack of a true attraction has caused him many heartbreaks.

4) although he seems like a self-centered boy, zen is incredibly kind hearted and naive about many things. he’s quick to fall in love and even quicker to get hurt from it. 

5) fun things : he’s vegan ! he majored in botany and organic chemistry . he plays the piano and used to competitively ice skate until his parents couldn’t afford his lessons any longer . loves sugary things and animals .

( BARBARA PALVIN, 21/357, FEMALE, & PANSEXUAL. ) was that a V A M P I R E ?? i thought they were just BALLERINA. but rumour is they were taken in the dead of night to asp luxury heights against their will. the world is falling apart, life as we know it is over. let’s hope BLYTHE STARLING survives.

here’s some informal bullet points because it’s late and i’m sleepy

blythe is old as heck as you can see

she has a twin brother named luciano; he is the most important thing in the world to her.

how she turned: when blythe was mortal, she was arranged to be married to an older, wealthy man that her parents set up for her. this man was not very nice and was also a vampire. blythe discovered his true blood-sucking nature and freaked out, told him the wedding was cancelled and that she wanted nothing to do with him.

he did not take well and attacked her. when she was on the brink of death, he force-fed her his blood and left her for dead.

she woke up, a newly turned vampire with a deadly blood lust. unfortunately, the first person to find her was her dear twin brother luciano. she wasn’t able to hold back and fed from him. it was almost too late when she realized what she had done.

her options were let him die, or turn him too, so she turned him because she didn’t want to lose her brother

some other things: blythe is very calculated and reserved. maybe even a little bitter after being alive for so long. mostly she doesn’t invest herself in relationships or people because she is immortal and they are not. she is very good at putting on a soft, unassuming, innocent facade but she is hardened on the inside. she’s not mean or evil, but she’s definitely not as nice or as sweet as she may seem.
