This article nailed it exactly. If I’d gotten to read something like this 5-6 years or so ago I’d have felt so much better knowing there were other people like me and that this was a fairly normal thing. It got so bad at one point that I skipped like 80% of my classes in my final year by pretending to go to uni then heading to the library or park. Everything they described in this article is me AF, I mean I’ve gotten a lot better over the past year but it still fluctuates.
