Is there a link to your PayPal to make inquiries for commissions, or should one just send you the Pokemon and you'll link them then?

One should send me the Pokemon first :) I don't like requesting the payment until have the Pokemon ready for them. That way, if anything is wrong with the details someone has provided me (such that the Pokemon can't trade), they don't have to pay for it. Plus, by the time the invoice is sent, I'm usually online, so I feel it promotes a greater level of trust there.
