Anne Green Gilbert was the founder of the Brain Dance technique to be used as a series of movements that can be used both by the children and the adults. The patterns wire the Central Nervous system laying the foundation for sensory motor development and life long learning. The Brain Dance is used in many schools, studios, and homes around the world. It helps to develop the proprioception, balance, attention, memory, eye tracking, behavior, sensory integration and motor skulls. This is the cross lateral method involved in the dance and movement technique. . . One of the stages that is used in the dance and movement therapy in @rhythmo9834 in Kolkata, a project on which I am currently working on. How dance as a medium can be used to strengthen the positive aspects of every relationships between daily lives and can cause a sort of happiness. It is a proper therapeutic and cathartic quality of dance and the prolonged use of which came strengthen the mental power, physical fitness and helps to gain competence to cope up with the basic challenges of life and to be worthy of happiness.
