FRAMING THE SPACE
For this piece, I wanted to create an animation that would interact directly with the fabric that I had chosen. I viewed the “space” as the video frame itself, which I had stick figures interacting with during the animation. The stick figures in the animation loop around the fabric continuously as pensive, mysterious music kept playing. I believe that the combination of the pixelated video on top of the live fabric element kept this piece interesting and offered a unique atmosphere.
