Tomorrow is the Pride Walk, here in Cusco, Perú. In case you didn't know, gay marriage is still illegal here, sadly. Besides, there is no law that penalizes hate crimes against the community, so the situation is pretty messed up here. The first sign says "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE" because Lennon/McCartney. The second one has a quote by Francis Maude that says "It always seemed to me a bit pointless to disapprove of homosexuality. It's like disapproving of rain." The third one is from Ernest Gains and it says "Why is it that, as a culture, we are more comfortable seeing two men holding guns than holding hands?" The last one is from a Norwegian TV show called Skam that means "everything/all is love". If you're reading this and struggling with who you are and who you love, just know that everywhere around the world we are fighting for you. We are fighting for the freedom of being who we truly are. If you are an homophobic, take a second to look around you and appreciate beauty. The world desperately needs love and it's our duty to give as much of it as we can. Remember, war is over (if you want it).☺️
