Oh, no!  ;____;  I'm so sorry to hear that.  Budgies are such feisty little creatures, but they're so fragile, too, in many ways.  I'm glad you at least got to be there for her--I'm sure she knew how much she was loved.  <3  Please let me know if you want to talk or if there's anything I can do to help.
