I forgot to update here, but my little old man did very well at the appt with his new vet 🥹 She was very impressed with him and she said with how well it appears he's doing she never would have know he's 10 1/2. Good flyer, good feathers, good grip, clear voice, bright eyes, good breathing...

My concerns may just be related to aging issues. She gave me a list of supplements to give to him to help him remain comfortable and so that we can potentially weed things out and go from there if there is something underlying.

But for an elderly budgie, she feels like he's doing very well 🥺 and she called me a good budgie parent hehe...
