Headcanon: When they were teens, Pietro was stealing pretty dresses for her and calling her his Gypsy princess. And Wanda was often wearing flowers in her hair.

Pietro thought Wanda as the most beautiful girl in the village so when she would look at other girls with beautiful dresses, since Django and his wife couldn’t afford to buy them pretty much anything, Pietro would steal Wanda a beautiful dress everytime she felt upset about something. 

Having to do so has left Pietro with a pretty good color co-ordination skill but his trademark blue and white were Wanda’s choice colors for him. White for his hair and blue to match his eyes.
