WHY DID NO ONE WARN ME THAT PORTAL IS GENUINELY DISTURBING
So yeah experience I had and a really fun game to try. May be a bit freaky though.
Okay so basically its this game called Locks and Chains. Its a really creepy game that I think is based completely on Hypnosis, so if you are very strong will and don't fall to hypnosis really easily, it probably won't work on you.
Anyway, so the game goes like this. You need at least 4 people to play, yourself and three others. Together you pick one person to be the "victim" and they lie down, and another person sits cross legged, and the victim puts their head in the sitting persons lap. Now, the victim closes their eyes and the rest of the people sit either side of him/her.
Now, the sitting person, who will now be referred to as the storyteller, starts rubbing the victims temples slowly, trying as if to relax them. Then they start telling a pleasant story. Like the victim being in a bright meadow or under the ocean or something. They continue until suddenly something bad happened, and the storyteller yells out wham or bang, while one of the people on the sides bangs something on the ground.
Next the storyteller says to the victim "You wake up in a cold, white room, and all around you people are putting on locks and chains, locks and chains" And you repeat the last part "locks and chains" around 5 times, or more depending on how the story teller feels. Meanwhile the people on the sides are miming putting whips and chains on the victim.
After finishing the chant, the story teller tells the victim to open their eyes and attempt to sit up. If the person is easily susceptible to hypnotism, they should find it next to impossible to sit up, and will flail around for a minute trying to actually sit up.
This is actually really fun, and has worked on half my friends. Its super cool and is great for things like sleepovers.
