Just did my first ever late withdrawal from a class. It’s bittersweet because I worked so hard in that class but the final project is a group project and overall, our group sorely underperformed.
However, now that the deed is done, I feel the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders. That course was too much. It will have to be retaken but I have room in my schedule within the next 2 semesters.
Moral of the story: Sometimes, it’s ok to quit and say fuck this shit. Especially when you really tried….
