I'm curious about blue strings around Asriels chains. I imagine its would prevent Asriel to shapeshift and stuff

It is for prevention of negating Asriel’s abilities. Such as his flight, shapeshifting, conjuring ink portals and ink weaponry, and even his ink demon form.

Let’s say a certain billionaire was funding these restraints for future use, if things times have gotten worse.

Yes he does know!

I was going to explain it during the now cancelled ‘freeasriel’ event-- That Batman meet Kitty to save him from Arkham. Hopefully I can do a few drawings or doodles soon. Have a bit of a party to attend to downstairs in an hour or so.

Not the biggest socializer, but I can manage...
