Ms Chakrabarti remains perplexingly silent on the European Investigation Order and Arrest Warrant. As for the much-trumpeted Freedom Bill, it's a day late and a dollar short. What is actually required is not an Act of Parliament to grant us rights that are already ours as free born Englishmen, but a Great Repeal Bill to remove the obstacles in their way. Enough meddling with our Constitution. Enough, I say!
