Facts: * Human trafficking is one of the fastest growing criminal activities in the world, making $32 billion every year.

* Human trafficking victims are forced to work long hours and live in inhuman conditions whit little or no pay 

* 11.4 million women and 9.5 million men are living as modern day slaves right now. * Of the estimated 21 million people living in slavery today, 5.5 million are children.

* Victims of human trafficking are tricked, forced or coerced into slavery.

* Traffickers are not only recruiting on streets and in public places, they’re also preying on children and teens online.

* 3 out of every 1,000 people world wide are victims in human trafficking.

* 26% of today's slaves are younger than 18 years old.

* The majority of bonded labourers are in Asia and Latin America.

* Victims of human trafficking can be men women and children made vulnerable from lack of money or oportunities.

* Human trafficking victims suffer physical and emotional abuse, rape, and even death.
