after a month of complete neglect I realized it's time to separate my hair a little bit bc they formed a big heavy lump on the left side instead of smaller sections(like they p much did on the right side). this unfortunately required using a pair of scissors but the hairs were so tangled I couldn't just pull them apart. I did lose some hair in the process but now it looks and FEELS a lot better(the lump was VERY heavy)
