Saturday, June 21 will see the final presentation of artist David Horvitz's Let Us Keep Our Own Noon at the New Museum. Forty seven hand bells will be rung in and around the museum at 12:57 PM to mark "local noon," the moment when the sun is the highest in the sky over the Lower East Side. Set your watches!
