Hold up. What time would those cameras recording you say it is? Also if you freeze time for more than 8 minutes will you be in the dark from then on. The whole premise is stupid. Time is an illusion kids. Be faster.
if two people froze time at the exact same time, would they both be aware or would they both freeze, leading to a frozen world forever since neither has awareness anymore?
