Ten Dead At Mozambique President Rally Ahead Of Elections

Ten persons have died in a stampede at president Filipe Nyusi`s election rally in Mozambique on Wednesday.

French news agency AFP quotes a statement from the governing Frelimo party that said eighty-five persons were injured in the stampede in northern Nampula city stadium. In another report by the Portuguese news agency, Lusa quoting local hospital officials, 16 persons had died.
