*air horns in the distance* ‘sup, y’all! i’m domi, i’m eighteen, and i think i peaked in middle school. anyway, this is veronica! i’m still trying to figure out all the tiny details because she’s a new muse, so pls bear with me!! since she’s only been at starlit for six months so far, i’m cool with going with the flow, but if you want to plot a little smth smth, feel free to hmu!
( moon gayoung | she/her | cisfemale ) hey, you hear grows old by thirdstory playing over on the 1st floor? that’s where veronica seo lives! i heard they moved in from santa clara, california exactly 6 months ago. they’re very ambitious but also pretty blunt. maybe that’s why davie keeps calling them the wiseacre. starlit is full of people, but this 21 year old is really going to liven things up around here!
aesthetics: an empty cup of coffee, freshly painted nails, neat ponytails, bookmarked pages, matte lipstick, knee high socks, ignoring text messages, sour gummy worms torn in half, cuffed jeans, red wine, arms folded across the chest
history:
veronica was that girl in school that knew she was smart and made sure everyone around her knew it as well.
a lot of people didn’t really like her because they perceived her as a show-off, which she totally was, but she’s aight once you get past her whole superiority complex.
her parents are lowkey highkey overprotective as heck and pressured her to do better than her classmates and she just grew up conditioned to be super competitive because she was kind of scared of her parents and therefore scared of failing them.
she majored in statistics in college and ended up finishing in three years with plans to go into data analysis (she’s really good with numbers).
a few months out of college she got offered a position with a startup company in nevada that she had interned for remotely in the past.
she moved out of her parents’ house and made the trip to nevada, where she ended up living with a friend she knew in the area who let her stay until she got settled into her new job and found a place to live.
however, the startup began to experience major losses and had to let go of employees, including veronica, before dissolving the company completely. she had only been working there for a month.
veronica wasn’t ready to return home, wasn’t ready to break the news to her parents, so she and her friend took a trip to las vegas to take her mind off of her impending doom. her friend went back home after a couple of days, but veronica remained.
she’s been at starlit for the past six months, her parents still believing that she’s working that data analyst job. she’s trying to get back on her feet and find an open position of a similar caliber, but in the meantime, she’s working at a cafe and also getting paid to tutor people over skype.
