Let's pray this ones good because those truffles hurt me.

A Madeleine. I like Madeleines, so there's high hopes.

Smells very vanilla. Its not a smell that punches you but it definitely gives you a light flick on the nose.

Taste: its nice! Very pleasant and fluffy. Perfect for a tea break. I wish I had actual tea instead of store-bought sweet tea though its still nice. Its as simple a Madeleine as a Madeleine can be, but thats fine with me

8/10 very nice

Cocoa dusted truffles with fizzy cola flavor

Now, I like truffles, but I've never had a cola flavored truffle. And in my experience cola flavored anything is hit or miss

Unassuming looks wise but dear GODS i thought coka cola bombed my house the moment I opened this tiny bag. I feel like the coke bear punched me in the face. My sinuses actually cleared just I could get the full brunt of cola smell.

Tatste: A first absolute miss dear gods.

Theres POP ROCKS IN THERE.

Why? Why wasn't i informed of this? Maybe fizzy means poprocks in other countries but not here. I should not feel a CRUNCH in my truffles, that is illegal. And the taste? If the smell was a cola bomb this was a cola nuke. It was like I was being interrogated by this truffle, the cola was the bad cop punching me in the freaking teeth while the chocolate was the good cop standing on the other side of the glass watching their partner beat me and doing absolutely nothing about it. I've been ready to confess for 10 minutes yet they won't even let me speak. I feel assaulted, I feel violated, and I feel like calling a lawyer.

Ya were doing parts now, whatever.

Here is something called pure butter biscuits

Now apparently this company's been around since 1888 and is very proud of it, which fair. Now Im a fan of butter, and im a fan of cookies, and Im a fan of butter cookies, so I've high hopes.

The smell i can only describe as BUTTER.

The taste is very nice and cozy, I feel like im at my grandma's house though none of my grandmother's ever baked for me or offered me butter cookies, so this is a metaphorical grandmother's house. Its like a butter cookie but even cozier, which i didnt know was possible

10/10 try it with some tea

This month’s Universal Yums is on France. There’s a map of famous places, and you can review snacks on the other side. There are stickers again. There’s a booklet with a playlist, French meals, French word for ‘yum’ (which is ‘Miam’, it’d be ‘Miam Miam’ if you’re really feeling it), trivia, the Louvre info, snack descriptions, recipe for garlic escargots, how to eat escargot, croissant recipe, Coq au Vin recipe, and nutrition facts/ingredients for each snack. The snacks look interesting. I’m looking forward to the honey mustard potato chips. Cola truffles sound out there. I’m a little curious about the ones in the Teeny Yums bag.
