133 West Grand Boulevard was designed and built in 1921 by architect D. (David) Allen Wright as his personal residence. This home is located on a shady block in the shadow of the Ambassador Bridge. I’ve also been working in this french palace wich was comissioned by Matias Errazuriz and Josefina de Alvear to Rene Sergent, the famous french architech that proyected some of the most famous residences in Argenitna. 

This palace whas thought to be the house of a family of four, and proyected for the art collection the family accumulated during their stay in Europe.

It’s now a museum dedicated to the Decorative Arts.

The FRAC in Dunkerque houses regionally assembled public collections of contemporary art. Lacaton & Vassal created a double of the existing old boat warehouse next to it, with a light and bioclimatic prefabricated envelope.

🇫🇷 FRENCH CHATEAU 🇫🇷 Here‘s the floor plan of my old and renovated French inspired chateau. 🥰 It has lots of space for a large family, and also includes a games room, a gym and a large attic currently used for storage, that can also be turned into an additional bedroom or living area.
