What do you think... this is the perfect example of retouching the skin. The skin can be worked upon as needed. First of all, you need to remove the blemishes which will be little time consuming, then use the method "frequency separation" to work upon skin colour separately from the skin texture. Lastly, add some dimensions to it and you got your picture absolutely ready serve.

More retouching and grading.  Before and after, obviously.  The skin retouching is better than previous & I’ve tried to hold back a little.  I did, however, forget to apply the final Hi Pass filter to bring pores back etc but it’s moving in the right direction.
