Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup pesto sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded Gouda cheese. 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Use a knife to spread the pesto sauce out over the pizza dough. Spread half of the Gouda cheese shreds on top of the pesto sauce. Spread the sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, minced garlic, and diced chicken out evenly on top of the cheese. Place the rest of the Gouda cheese on top of the other things. Add pepper and salt to taste. Place the pizza in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take it out of the oven and wait one minute for it to cool down. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Cut your Chicken and Pesto Gouda Pizza into pieces, serve it, and enjoy!
