The Quesadilla Burger combines traditional American burgers with Mexican quesadillas to make a delicious new dish. This dish is delicious because it has juicy beef patties, the cheese of quesadillas, and the freshness of salsa and vegetables.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 tsp taco seasoning. 4 large flour tortillas. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tbsp salsa. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put ground beef and taco seasoning in a bowl and mix them together. Make 4 burger patties out of it. Warm up the grill or griddle on the stove over medium-high heat. For medium-rare, grill the burgers for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. While the burgers are cooking, put the tortillas on the grill and top them with cheddar cheese shreds. About 2 minutes on each side, cook until the cheese melts and the tortillas get a little crispy. Put the burgers together: Place a tortilla with melted cheese on a plate. Add a burger patty, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro on top of the patty. Add salsa and sour cream on top. If you want, you can add salt and pepper. To make a quesadilla burger, put another tortilla on top of the first one and melt some cheese on it. Do this again for the rest of the burgers. Enjoy your tasty Quesadilla Burgers while they're still hot!
