Sydney Day 19:

So the guys from a different department who work on the same floor as I do invited me out for drinks. They were heading out at 4pm, and I don't finish work until 5pm, so I asked my boss if it would be okay, and she said of course and encouraged me to go.

And ooooooh boy. 😂 I got slightly drunk. Feeling much more sober now. Haha. It was fun. We had some really great conversations and I'm so glad I got to mingle with others. Will remember to bring that team some treats and a thank you card before I leave for NY for being so welcoming and nice to me. :) 💖
