A lovely sunrise turned into a lovely sunny Friday so I ran to the beach via the small hill. The wind was strong and the sand a little soft for the beach part of my run. The homeward leg was sweet due to a tail wind. I’m not feeling 100%so I was surprised by my time😀 The good news is that the amazing fire fighters have almost got the Port Hills fire under control so very little signs of smoke rising from the hills today.

Messy hair, don’t care all After my 2.5 mile run this morn along Town Lake. 🏃🏽‍♀️ I know it doesn’t sound like much but I haven’t gone running in the AM in a longgggg time. It felt great to go run with the cool air hitting my face, surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings. Ha ha that’s DT for you.
