Kinda a rant? Sooo im in a relationship with my friends refrigerator and for context i don't feel the need to name my object partners (tuba is tuba, refrigerator is refrigerator)
I have a friend who said that i should name my refrigerator and i kindly denied because again for me he doesn't need a name nor do i desire him to have one
But they ignored my wishes and gave him the name Ryan, now whenever i bring him up by 'refrigerator' my friend corrects me and calls him ryan :/

Not sure whether to call this anti-objectum, but will tag it as such.
It feels strange to force someone to name something, especially if the name has no real effect on relationship. Overall strange behavior from the friend.
