Fair Food Preview😘this is the first time I’ve ever made corn dogs and fried cheese.... OMG. I made the batter with Masa instead of yellow cornmeal and although it was tricky to work with , it was amazing. It have the batter a much better texture . I also never tried them with maple syrup before and they were just wonderful. By Sunday when I have some family over for a socially distanced dinner they will be perfect. Well, maybe not perfect, but completely delicious... I’m still figuring out the batter to hot dog and cheese ration but the #cutestboyintheworld had one of each and proclaimed them delicious....the first pic of the corn dogs is my first attempt... and then I really thickened up the batter.
