Today sucks

I just... can't deal with today right now. Honestly I want to end it all. My only friend who accepted me for who I really was moved to a completely different state. To top it off my boss was eyeing me today, so I might not even be able to put food on the table for myself. I wish I had the money to just quit my job and get surgery. I'll have to wait another year or so. So overall today sucked.
