And it's true records show he can unleash a 'dark, sinister psycho-blast', which can flatten even the strongest Aqua Cadet, leaving them helpless and filled with a deep, regretful sorrow. However, there are some claims that this 'psychic power' is just him writing very sad Aquabats fan fiction/AU ideas out on a sign and shoving it in peoples faces. Regardless of the truth, this power can only be withstood by the most stony hearted, or possibly anyone who's sort of short sighted.
Effect is said to be magnified when used in conjunction with this dark cadet and his partners side-kick, which seems to be a small baby bat.

The partner in crime of cadet Mu, Friendly Troll has so far been primarily a threat lurking in the shadows, adding his power behind his friend and fellow ne-er-do wells attack- aiding with headcannons, AU concepts, queer head cannoning detailing, and generally terrible ideas. Current opening salvos under his own powers have thus far been quite tame- but this tranquility cant possibly last.
Will, if given the slightest provocation, talk in entirely too much details about aquabats minutia and conceptual fancannon.
