UPDATE

I am so sorry to say this, but I don't think I can continue this project anymore. At least for the time being.

Simply put: It's just not fun anymore. When I first started this, I was in a very different place. So, writing and consuming horror and drama was very cathartic when I was going through a bad time. And I'm extremely grateful that I'm in a much better place now. But because of that, I don't really want to explore horror now.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed writing Frightguard. But it hasn't been fun for awhile. So I'd either need to reboot it to something I'd enjoy writing more, or I need to hand it off to another artist/writer to take it from here.

I mean it, if anyone is interested in taking over, DM me. I have thumbnails for this current arc ready, several character references, and outlines and ideas for scenes for future arcs. You can do it in your art style and change the writing if you want.

But if neither of those happen, it's safe to say this series has been discontinued until further notice.

To everyone that has stuck with me throughout all of this, or even helped out my Patreon a few years back- Thank you. I really appreciate it. Your support has been invaluable.

Its been THREE MONTHS since the last Frightguard page???

...Oops. Sorry, everyone, I've had really bad creative block the last few months.

Anyways, I've been drawing new pages lately, got two done. I'll start uploading again once I've stockpiled some more.

UPDATE:

The comic is currently on hiatus. I have a lot of cool ideas and stories, and I do want to finish it eventually. But freelance work has been taking up a lot of time and energy, and I'd rather use my free time elsewhere. Plus, I've lost more and more interest in FNAF. I'll probably swing back around to it eventually, but not right now.

UPDATE:

Okay, the reason there was no new page last week was because I was sick. I got some antibiotics, so I am feeling a lot better.

That being said, it might be awhile before I actually post more pages. I've been handed a big commission that will take a few weeks to do. Sorry for the wait, thank you for understanding in the mean time.

Schedule change: One page a week from now on.

Reason: Stress. I'm moving in two weeks, got various mental health issues, and I feel like I'm not getting a lot of feedback on these comics, so I don't feel like my work is being appreciated.

Update for the comic:

Starting next week, the new schedule will be Tuesday and Fridays at the usual time. The reason for the change is to give less of a gap between pages.

I'll be honest, I've been feeling burnt out on creative stuff. I second guess & over analyze everything I make. It constantly stops me from making stuff. I hate making hiatuses in the middle of stories, but I can't get myself to make more right now. Thank you for your patience.
