Up the Bureaucratic Hierarchy 30 Mar-5 Apr
"I don't care how bad you are at it," the time cop said. "But I know I'm not going to let you out of my sight again."
"But if what I'm trying to do is distract you," I replied, " shouldn't you..."
"Quiet! No more out of you!"
"Take him!" The time cops grabbed me and cuffed my hands. "We're going to bring him to my supervisor. She'll know what to do. Even if it's just pass him along to HER supervisor, that'll get this miscreant our of my hands. I wasn't even the one who brought him in."

"Yes, Sir, lieutenant, but...." They began.
"No buts! I need every man down on the ground searching for our culprits. We can't let this sort of thing continue!"
"Yes, Sir, but this pr..."
"Who is that with you? He's not one of us, is he?"
"No, sir. He's a criminal."
"A criminal? And you brought him here? Why would you do that?"
"Well we tried hooking him up to the timeline scanner, but he caused it to fritz. And then the emergency..."
"Timeline scanner? " The lieutenant echoed. "Why did you hook him up to that?"
"Because they don't know what I've done and won't admit that I probably did nothing wrong,” I said, “It was the cop that brought me in that was wrong which is why she's down in your med Bay. They said she had a mimetic disease, so for any of these people know I could be innocent. Their timeline thingy came up with zilch. I should be allowed to go."
"It didn't come up with zilch," the cop said. "It..."
But the Lieutenant interrupted, "Do you think I care?”
