Honestly? If we’re sticking to pure main IT canon, there ain’t much. Vic hasn’t tried to accomplish jack shit and his parents don’t care enough to push him. He spends his days fucking off with his boys and trying to block out the feeling of impending doom that has grown steadily worse and worse with age, his greatest accomplishment probably is something to do with pelting a pissy racoon on the head with a soda can. He’s sure he won’t live past 18, so what’s the point in trying? He’s just going to try to live in the now and do whatever the hell he wants to when he wants to, because fuck knows if he’s going to live past tomorrow. The tragic thing is? He’s right. He dies an early and tragic death at the hands of Frankenstien IT, so you really can’t say he ain’t justified in his thinking.
