if you had to dye your hair, what colour would you pick?

I am on a 26 year streak of never dying my hair because I am so insufferably precious about my appearance that I can't even get bangs. That said. Boringly normie answer: I would get highlights to bring out the gold ish undertones in my hair a little more and make it look sort of like the sun streaks I had when I was a child. More daring but still pretty normie answer: I would dye it a couple-shades-darker shade of brown so that I could walk around places looking like a THE VAMPIRE. I'm so sorry I don't think I can dye my hair a non-natural color because that would limit my wardrobe options and my wardrobe options are already dire

17. drink of choice?

already answered! i forgot seltzers though. god i fucking love flavored seltzers (like, the non alcoholic kind.) water but with a little extra zing to it? goes hard. usually i get wegmans brand orange vanilla or cherry vanilla but we could not make it out this week for logistical reasons so i'm doing peach-pear la croix instead. which is good!! la croix is good. fuck the haters.

27. a favourite lyric?

my favorite lyrics of all time are of course a) "when the last days come / we shall see visions / more vivid than sunsets, brighter than stars / we will recognize each other / and see ourselves, for the first time, the way we really are" and b) "but there was a time we were lashed to the prow / of a ship you may board, but not stee / before You and I ceased to mean Now / and began to mean only Right Here / (to mean Inches and Miles, but not Years)." And honestly the entirety of both those songs.

29. share an adventure you went on?

Oh man. I have not gone on nearly enough adventures lately due to HAVING NO TIME!! Going on a harrowing trip to herndon to see my friends lose a kind-of-rigged improv competition probably doesn't count. SO I will throw back to a key friendship-forming moment with one of my dear friends here last winter, when she spontaneously invited me to a show and made the dangerous mistake of street parking her car in washington dc, and it was so cold that each of us forgot to drop a pin because we just booked it instantly to the venue, and then we went to a show and lost her car in the now subzero weather that neither of us were dressed for, and had to take the metro back to virginia, make jenny drive out to pick us up from the metro stop, and drive back into the city searching for it. And we DID find it, due to some advanced detective work by yours truly that I was able to pull off the moment we were on the train and out of the cold. But i learned a very important lesson about a) dropping a pin if we must street park our cars in washington dc, and b) not trusting that billie's sense of direction is better than mine the way i do with jenny, and c) probably just taking the metro <3 However, I did NOT learn a lesson about how it's useful and important to wear a coat to the club. My dislike of carrying anything will always defeat my dislike of being cold.
