sometimes i remember this blog exists...finishing off Gingermon’s evoline, here’s the ult form! This is Monkshoodmon :) this has been for Months now haha

Gingermon’s whole evoline was inspired by the movie “Ginger Snaps,” but i think the influence is especially obvious with Monkshoodmon here haha

oooughhhhh i got the silksong brainworms sooooo bad you guys you don't even know

had to bugify my girls because of course i would. some thoughts under the cut

mantis translated really well i think, mostly references the mantis lords and traitor lord from hollow knight, and the green prince from silksong for her design. she wears a mask like a lot of the bugs in hk/silksong

nebula was more annoying to figure out lol and i might end up futzing with it more. for her i mainly used the last judge for reference, but also looked at twelfth architect, second sentinel, and fourth chorus too. i imagine in this AU she has a sort of cogwork dancers situation going on and used to be a normal bug and got turned into an automaton. she's got some damage to her chest and uses the red cloak to cover it up.
