No. He's not one to trust very quickly.

Pretty easily. He has turned his back on several people as a child to survive. He gets softer with age but as a kid, he lived very heavily on the mentality of 'do anything you must to survive' or as my undertale brain goes. 'Kill or be killed'

Hes never been backstabbed, but he watched a very close friend get backstabbed and that has also crushed what little trust he has others.

Depends on the person. There are people he would absolutely betray if the ultimatum was about a person he did care about.

8. How loose is their use of the phrase ‘I love you’?

Ace

He's to uncomfortable to tell his friends he loves them(or at least is for a long while). And with partners it takes him awhile to ever be able to repeat any 'love you too' back to them. But once he's over that hurdle they do every now and then receive a random lil 'love you' when he's up to saying it.

🌋 VOLCANO - how bad is their temper? is it a slow boil, or a instant explosion?

Ace is based of me a lot. So he's temper is as well.

Most of the time it'll be a slow boil. He can take a lot of annoyance on a good day and keep that stuff bottled up when he doesn't want to bother his friends. Er well. Travel buddies.

But if his days been shitty and everything is just to much he does snap incredibly quickly. But most of the time he tries not to be to snippy at people. But also like. If your not his friend and he doesn't care about you he would tell you to fuck off sooner then he'd tell a friend who's annoying him.
