What was the inspiration behind the thread/weaving in strands of unravelled tapestries?

Excellent question! Thanks for the ask!

So, for strands, I knew that Athena and her actions were gonna be a massive part of the story. That in then made me thinking of her domain and a part of it being weaving.

That then led to me thinking of woven tapestries, and the idea story of strands being one. Each part and chapter symbolizes the story coming apart, or unraveled.

Originally, the other possibility was strands of unwoven tapestries, but I think that unraveled really demonstrates the way that it’s out of their control.

🟥How long do you spend in edits?

This depends. If its a particulary long chapter, than I might break it down into a chunks over a couple days. If its relatively short, then I spend I leave it alone for a day (if i can) and then spend a couple hours on it. I have a bad habit of editing as I go (even though I know that its not recommended) so a lot of the heavy lifting is taken care of. I do make a lot of typos or forget to finish sentences tho lol.

🎬One of your fics gets turned into a TV series. Which one is it and what network is it on?

I wanna say strands of unraveled tapestries. I don't really know how exactly that would work. Can it be an animated series? I'm gonna say the CW for this, with the whole superhero aspect of it lol. It would end up being pretty long running, since its an eighteen year plot line.

Equally fic comments and Tumblr asks. When people show interest in my writing, it makes me really excited. I love rambling about my stuff even if I have to be careful about how much i don't spoil hahah

4. Do you save your 'cut scenes' from your fics? (Want to share one?)

I'm gonna be honest, I really don't. Sometimes I save original versions of scenes if the writers block is hitting hard and i need to restart, but I mostly delete so that I'm not forcing myself to shove them in eventually.

12. Have you ever made a moodboard for a fic? (Do you want to share it?)

Multiple! I made one for the initial release of strands of unraveled tapestries and one to honor the one-year anniversary of of leaps and faith

10. How much do you write before you post?

Honestly, when I first started writing, I tried my hardest to have a backlog, and did okay at maintaining it. But then writer's block hits, as it does, plus i got overzealous and would post multiple chapters in a day so i ran out. nowdays, since inspo and focus comes in waves, i tend to just post as i write.
