What to do when you land early after a redeye flight and your room isn't ready? My answer is YOGA! After I made my own matcha latte for some energy, I saw that a yoga class was starting soon. Talk about perfect timing! After sitting on a plane and trying to sleep overnight, there's nothing better than moving your body on that yoga mat. We had the most gentle teacher who seemed to understand my travel situation, and many of the poses helped me feel energized and ready for a day at the parks! The bonus was looking out at the water and the Skyliner during the class. Travel Tip: Bring your own yoga mat, or if you can't, borrow one from the resort. After the class, I borrowed the mat so I could sneak in a little nap on the grass before the pools opened. Best sleep all week!
