NEW OC: Frostella
A princess discovered in the Northern, snowy parts of Omnia Kingdom. She has icy powers, able to manipulate the snowy weather, and create icicle crystals that are floating around her. Her hobby includes figure-skating, making snowman and rescue those who were stuck in a cold, harsh blizzards.
(Looks like Silvia isn't the only princess striving in Omnia Kingdom. There will be more princesses yet to be discovered later on!)
