//you can do yoga at home in your own privacy because there’s fun youtube lessons for free! which i think is better because you can go at your own pace. however don’t treat it as a weight loss tool. it isn’t. it’s for peace of mind and body.
^^ Ah, I find meditation nice for such things. But I think I might give it a try.
Similarly, I've considered taking Tai-chi classes for the same reason.

^^ I wouldn't mind giving yoga another try, I guess you just have to get into the mindset for it, and whenever we did yoga it was always with a large group of people, and that always made me uncomfortable.
