He takes a moment to fix his glasses, not used to wearing them. He blinks a few times before noticing someone in the distance. A cookie? No, hes quick to remind himself that there is a chance they are something else. He takes a few moments to study what he can from afar, the blue of the other's outfit with golden accents.
"Excuse me..." He speaks up softly, but warmly as he walks up to the person he spotted. "I am new... here, would I be able to ask a few questions?"
He is hopeful that someone who might be more of a local could help, and he gives the other a soft smile as his eyes close.
