Here’s a Quick Recipe for Mango Kulfi
Bring one litre of milk to a boil and let it cook on slow flame for 30 minutes.
Add sugar and ground cardamom.
Dissolve one teaspoon of cornflour in water and add, making sure no lumps are formed.
Cook till the milk thickens.
Take off the heat and let it cool down.
Add 1 cup of Alphonso or Kesar mango pulp and mix well.
Pour into moulds or a bowl and freeze overnight.
De-mould and enjoy!!
