These cookies are a delightful tribute to the enchanting world of Frozen, with a soft and chewy texture, white chocolate chips, and a touch of shimmering blue to capture the essence of Elsa's ice magic.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup blue candy melts or white chocolate dyed blue. Edible glitter or shimmer dust optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Put away. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the white chocolate chips and mix them in. Take dough balls about the size of a tablespoon and roll them into balls. Don't cram too many on the baking sheet; leave some space between each one. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Follow the directions on the package to melt the blue candy melts or blue-dyed white chocolate. Once the cookies are completely cool, use a zigzag motion to drizzle the melted blue candy or chocolate over them to make a design that looks like something from Frozen. If you want to add even more sparkle, you can sprinkle edible glitter or shimmer dust over the chocolate or candy that has been drizzled. Let the chocolate or candy set before you serve the cookies or put them away in a container that won't let air in. Serve these cookies that are based on the movie "Despicable Me" and enjoy the magical flavors!
