From @budget101com: For those socks that lost their mate . . you'll need old socks (crew length, or longer), rice or baking soda, rubber bands, map pins with heads or peppercorns, buttons, fabric for a scarf. First, cut off the top of the sock from the foot. Turn the sock inside out and attach a rubber band tightly to the top of the sock. Then turn the sock right-side out again. Fill the sock with Baking Soda, packing it down to create a nice round base. Seal the top closed with a Rubber band, add another heavy duty rubber band 3/4 of the way to the top for the head of your snowman. Decorate: Tie a scarf around your snowman's neck and add eyes, nose, and buttons. Use the toe of the cut socks to create a stocking cap. Hot glue the buttons on, add embellishments - twine, bows, ribbons, etc - as desired. Attach a little notecard that says, "My belly is filled with baking soda, I was made with love too, if you place me in your fridge, I will keep it fresh for you." #Homemade #HomemadeGifts #GiftIdeas #FrugalGifts #BudgetGifts #Budget101 #snowman https://www.instagram.com/p/CDGmpl2h3zp/?igshid=1jht047t1cur5
