Pineapple🍍🍍!! He’s based on the Ambrosia beetle, who’s the closest thing to a bug gardener there is. Look it up!

Pineapple’s passion is gardening; he has a lot of plant types, from flowers to vines and sentient carnivorous plants, and even has mushrooms. I mentioned it before i think, but each Fruitbug has some kinda ‘area’ that’s made specifically for them- and Pineapple’s area is a BIG field, covered in flowers and with a few greenhouses here and there for things that can’t or shouldn’t grow outside (the vines, carnivorous plants and mushrooms). The flower field seems endless, and seem to go towards a few mountains in the background; but while the area is big, the mountains are just a skybox/video game wall.

Pineapple is quite the hermit, and prefers to spend time with his flowers rather than with people- if a fellow fruitbug enter his area, he’ll let the carnivorous plants take care of the intruder (that, if caught, will respawn in their own area). If a player bothers him on the other hand, they’ll have to answer a quiz about gardening in general; but the quiz is anything but easy; Pineapple’s questions are quite specific, change each time, and have a time limit. So there’s no way to cheat. And if the player fails the questions, they have to wait 24 hours before being able to take the quiz again; in the meantime Pineapple will just tell the player to go away, and can even increase the waiting time if he’s annoyed enough. But if someone actually answers well, Pinapple’s attitude will change completely; he’ll welcome them warmly in his garden, call them ‘honey’ or pretty flower names, and just be generally pleasant. He just prefers to be around people that love gardening as much as he does.

Also, his watering can is sentient, and can grow huge as shown in the second picture, in case there’s an intruder. Pineapple’s true form may look small in comparison, but Fruitbugs true forms tend to twice as tall as their humanoid form; and so far all Fruitbugs are well above 1 meter/39.3701 inches (according to googl), so true forms tend be well above 2 meters/78.74 inches.
