Small Batch Peach Apricot Jam Recipe
Enjoy these delicious Sweet Almond Pastry Crepes for a tasty breakfast treat. The almond-infused crepes are soft and tasty, and they're perfect for spreading your favorite jam or fruit preserves on top of them. They taste best when they're warm, with powdered sugar and sliced almonds on top for extra sweetness.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups almond milk. 2 large eggs. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sliced almonds for garnish. Powdered sugar for dusting. Your favorite fruit preserves or jam optional, for filling.
Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl using a whisk. Add the eggs, almond extract, and melted butter to a different bowl and mix them together using an electric mixer. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones slowly while whisking them together. Do this until a smooth batter forms. Warm up a crepe pan or nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and give it a little grease with cooking spray or butter. Pour a small amount of crepe batter into the middle of the pan and swirl it right away to cover the bottom in a thin layer of batter. After about two minutes, the crepe should have edges that start to lift and a light golden bottom. There are two sides to the crepe. Cook for an extra one to two minutes, or until the other side is lightly golden as well. Place the cooked crepe on a plate and repeat the process with the rest of the batter, making sure to grease the pan as needed. On one half of each crepe, spread your favorite fruit preserves or jam. Then, fold it in half, and then again in half to make a triangle. Add powdered sugar and sliced almonds as a decoration. Enjoy your sweet almond pastry crepes for breakfast while they are still warm.

With this Fruity Marshmallow Cheesecake recipe, savor the delicious combination of creamy cheesecake, fruity preserves, and toasted marshmallows. It's the ideal dessert to fulfill your desire for something sweet!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 3 cups cream cheese, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 3 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup mixed fruit preserves apricot, strawberry, raspberry. 2 cups mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting. 1 tbsp cornstarch.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 163C. Melted butter and graham cracker crumbs should be combined in a mixing bowl. To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch 23 cm springform pan. Cream cheese and powdered sugar should be combined in a different bowl and beaten until smooth and creamy. One egg at a time, adding and thoroughly mixing after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Half of the cream cheese mixture should be poured over the springform pan's crust. Heat the cornstarch and mixed fruit preserves in a small saucepan over low heat until the mixture thickens slightly. Cover the first layer of the cream cheese mixture in the pan with this fruit mixture. Cover the fruit layer with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the center is still slightly jiggly, in a preheated oven. After taking the cheesecake out of the oven, distribute the mini marshmallows evenly on top. Once again, bake the marshmallows for five to seven more minutes, or until they turn golden brown. After allowing the cheesecake to cool in the pan on a wire rack, chill it in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight to solidify. Sprinkle powdered sugar and fresh mixed berries over the cheesecake before serving. Cut and savor!

Heart Pie Pops are adorable and delicious treats that combine the goodness of pie with the convenience of a lollipop. These mini heart-shaped pies filled with sweet fruit preserves are perfect for parties or as a fun dessert.
Ingredients: 1 package refrigerated pie crusts. 1 cup fruit preserves strawberry, raspberry, etc.. 1 egg, beaten. 1 tablespoon water. Heart-shaped cookie cutter. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out an even number of hearts. Place half of the heart shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press a lollipop stick onto the center of each heart on the baking sheet. Spoon a small amount of fruit preserves onto the center of each heart, leaving a border around the edges. Brush the edges of the hearts with water to help seal the pops. Place the remaining heart shapes on top of the ones with the preserves, pressing the edges gently to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges of the heart pops, creating a decorative border and sealing the filling. In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and water to make an egg wash. Brush the tops of the heart pops with the egg wash. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pie pops are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
