Going to use this like a rolled-up newspaper and bat myself with it every time I default to drawing Eris with a chunky canine muzzle: ➰🗞️ Ethiopian wolves have long thin faces especially when viewed in profile 🗞️➰

So many Jollies!! I only planned to do nine angles, but when I was looking at photos I saw other more subtle angles I wanted to include. I quite like the look of the page with the little additions, too.
Mmmoooooore studies! Trying to do one a day for November!
Look at all those chickens 🐓
Returning to these single-hue study pages! If you’ve got animal suggestions for these, drop ‘em by me.
Feeling frustrated with my attempts to anthropomorphise dragonflies, specifically their heads! I can’t find the sweet spot where it’s cartoony and easy to draw emoting, but also still recognisably a dragonfly head.
Haven’t pinned it down yet but doing some studies can presumably only help…
I’ve never really done anatomical studies before! But I figure they wouldn’t be something you’re advised to do if they didn’t help your skills, so I’m giving it a very small little try lmao…
Studies of dasyuromorphia! (Order name copied and pasted from Wikipedia lmao)
I realised I didn’t post these!! I like to post them when I have four of a set but I didn’t do a fourth for this order of animals yet. Maybe I will… in time. But here’s these three for now.
Went to da zoo and drew some creatures (more than is pictured here but these are probably my favourites)
I wasn’t very happy with that cassowary at first but now I’m like. actually. yeah. that’s what it looked like. that’s a cassowary
