#FriedZucchiniFlowers are everywhere in #Genova. For many of you it might be a bit #weird that they serve #friedfood here WITHOUT a dipping sauce. There is a big culture of #FrittoMisto here so you find it on almost all the local menus. Mixed #friedfish, mixed #friedvegetables you name it they fry it, there are even #Friggitorie (fried food stores) here where you walk in and it's just a giant #fryer offering everything from #brains to #calamari #deepfried that you grab in a roll of brown paper, pay for by weight and eat walking in the street with only lemon. #italianreinfection #Fryfryfry (at Ostaia Da U Santu)
