Headcanons of Grillbys. [Ut, Uf, Us, Sf(purple, Red, Gold)] (cuz why not?) Bonus: Once reader becomes friends with Grillby, They call him Gribblz.
I’m afraid I can’t really do Fellswap Gold Grillby, since I haven’t found much on him in the fandom and I really don’t want him to be EXACTLY like Fellswap Red Grillby. So I’m going to need a little time working with him a bit. ~ Mod Goblin
Grillby (Undertale):
When he’s on the surface, he definitely works at a cafe or restaurant. The owner thought he’d cut down on electricity since there’s a fire elemental monster.Unfortunately, Grillby isn’t used to a fast-paced environment and ends up causing more accidents than normal. He eventually just becomes a chef at a local diner. It’s not quite as busy, but he doesn’t mind.
Arsonist (Underfell Grillby):
He has this facade of an overall chill guy, but man he has a quick temper. He’s working on it. Mostly because when he gets wired up, he can’t control his flames and ends up burning his clothes and he’s tired of buying new outfits. He and Red will sometimes find a neat little rock and try to light it on fire, seeing if it’ll change the color of the flames.
Flare (Swapfell Purple Grillby):
He’s a huge egomaniac, however coming up to the surface was a humbling experience. He’s used to people fawning over him, but humans were afraid to touch him. No matter how much he assures them, they’re still scared. Going from having all the attention to having next to nothing really broke his ego.As people got used to monsters, he was back to normal, somewhat. In the eyes of the public, he’s still an egomaniac, but alone, he’s actually pretty sweet and likes to put other’s on the spotlight.
Wildfire (Swapfell Red Grillby):
As mentioned last time I talked about him, he’s mute. Which made business difficult for him. Especially when he came to the surface. However, after being around Chara, he realized he has a soft spot for kids. He loves to show that he can change the color of his flames, making their eyes light up in awe. He’s the definition of a gentle giant.
Soot (Underswap Grillby):
His bakery is on fire. Always. It’s to keep his customers warm, he says. Or a symbol of passion. Though that look in his eye reeeeally makes you second guess. At least the food is always good.
