Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Adventure Day 2
Day 2 in paradise started with a delicious breakfast spread proceeded by a visit to the resort spa for massages and scrubs to rejuvenate ourselves.
With a revitalized body, we took a leisurely stroll around the resort to work up an appetite before lunch at Khao.
Today’s lunch features Scallop with Rice Salad, Grilled Chiang Mai Pork Sausage (Sai Oua), Mixed Curry with Wagyu Beef, Stir-Fried Gymnema Leaves with Egg, and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango. Each dish was fresh and delicious, featuring local farmer’s produce, and expertly prepared by the talented team.
As night falls, we find ourselves at Rim Tai Kitchen where we are guided by Khao restaurant’s masterchef in preparing authentic Thai dishes.
Our dinner is accompanied by a wide drinks menu featuring alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as fresh coconut, mango mocktail, infused gin with lemongrass and ginger mixed with thai basil and lime juice, and vodka mixed with strawberry, lychee, and lime.
Dinner menu is packed with 12 dishes comprising of 4 starters, 2 different kinds of soup, 4 mains, and 2 desserts.

Goong Sarong: Deep fried marinated prawn wrapped in noodles and served with plum sauce.
Khao Tan Nam Tangmo: Crispy rice with pork dip.
Larb E-San Moo: E-San style spicy minced pork salad with ground rice.
Yum Gai Yang Ta Krai: Spicy grilled chicken salad with lemongrass.
Tom Yum Goong and Coconut Soup: Thai hot and sour soup with lemongrass and prawns, Coconut soup with chicken.
Gaeng Kiew Whan Moo: Green Curry with Pork.
Phad Pak Boong: Wok fried morning glory with black bean sauce and chili.
Gai Phad Med Mamuang: Wok fried chicken with cashew nuts.
Kanom Bualoy: Glutinous rice balls with coconut milk.
Coconut Ice Cream: Served with a generous serving of fresh coconut.
My wife and I enjoyed the intimate cooking experience at Rim Tai Kitchen, we are so grateful to the team for teaching us so much about local Thai cuisine and culture. It is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime culinary journey that you have to experience during your stay at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai.
